A sustainable hotel concept featuring vibrant public spaces on the lower floors. The rooms are designed as modular wooden constructions, thoughtfully placed atop an in-situ concrete podium. Public areas include a restaurant with multiple bars, a coffee corner, a skybar, a wellness center, and spaces for cultural and business activities.

At the heart of the design lies a tropical interior garden, forming a lush atrium that seamlessly connects the public areas with the hotel rooms, enhancing the sense of tranquility and connection throughout.
